Product Summaries Wellbore Schematic

Sinkerbars

  • Manufactured from the highest quality API grade K (AISI 46XXM) and API grade C (AISI 10XX) series steels.
  • By installing Flexbar Sinkerbars above the pump, tension can be maintained in the sucker rods and higher minimum loads can be achieved.

Flexbars/Lift Subs

  • Built to precise specifications and designed to enhance the operation of our Effective Weight Sinkerbars.
  • Flexbars provide a 1° off center deflection between each sinkerbar which allows the weight of the system to align itself longitudinally in the tubing string.

Centralized Flexbar/ Centralized Lift Sub/ Master Centralized Flexbar

  • Centralized Flexbars and Centralized Lift Subs are designed to be a superior alternative to conventional composite or metal rod guides. By machining the guide area to the unit, movement of the guide or "slippage" is eliminated. The fluted area of the Centralizer provides maximum fluid flow area and minimum restriction or "piston effect" Built with the benefits of the Flexbar design, this allows your sucker rod string, sinkerbar string or valve rod (or tube) to remain centered in the tubing string minimizing contact area and wear on all related equipment.

Shear Tool

  • The Shear Tool allows a predetermined shock or jar to occur at the pump which many times will cause the pump to unseat. Should the pump remain stuck, the tool can still be sheared and the sucker rod string removed as described. The tool is built with two ratings. When the weight of the sucker rod string is pulled along with the first rating the shock or jar will occur. Pulling the rod string weight plus the second rating will cause the tool to shear completely allowing for the removal of the sucker rod string. Only the highest quality materials and specifications are used in the manufacture of these tools.
