Flexbar Sinkerbars
  • Manufactured from the highest quality AISI 4623 (API grade K) and AISI 1042 (API grade C) steels.
  • By installing Flexbar Sinkerbars above the pump, tension can be maintained in the sucker rods and higher minimum loads can be achieved.
  • When engineered with our assistance Flexbar Sinkerbars can significantly reduce rod and tubing wear and failures and extend the operating life of any steel, fiberglass or composite sucker rod string.
  • By using the heavier weight of Sinkerbars to help the pump and sucker rod string fall, smaller diameter high strength steel, fiberglass or composite sucker rods can be used often in conjunction with smaller pumping unit gear boxes and prime movers to produce more fluid

 

  • We utilize computer predicted rod string analysis at no cost to the customer. This helps assure that you are buying the most efficient system available specifically designed to your needs
